In Massachusetts, which of the 12 months has the most traffic volume?

Peak or average?
Peak, I'd guess November because of Thanksgiving.
Average, I'd guess May because of all the weekend trips to the Cape coupled with all the college graduation ceremonies, plus Memorial Day.
