Excluding the O’Neill and Williams Tunnels, can you name the structures that are built over Interstate Highways in Massachusetts?

Provide your answer in the comments section.

Well, there's everything over the MassPike tunnel...most notably the Pru. Further out, the Newton Corner Marriott and there's a Shaw's/Star Market, too.

What's over the Sumner and Callahan? Lots of regular buildings but nothing really specific is leaping to mind. Ditto for that little connector tunnel on the west side of the Tobin Bridge.

I suppose the Science Park T stop is over the Storrow Drive connector tunnel, which is sort-of part of I-93 (an exit from it, anyways).

I feel like I'm forgetting something out in Worcester with I-290...but otherwise I'm drawing a blank. What'd I miss?

Close. Most of the structures that are built over Interstates are on the Mass Pike.

1. Prudential and Copley, The Sheraton Tara and the Supermarket in Newton are the answers I was looking for.

2. The Sumner and Callahan are not interstates, nor is Storrow Drive.

3. Nothing, at least to my knowledge, is built over 290 in Worcester.

There is one other structure over an interstate highway in Massachusetts, (hint) it's not in metro Boston.

On I-195 in Fall River, Fall River City Hall is above the highway there.

Terry is correct.

The Fall River City Hall is the other structure that is built above an interstate in Massachusetts.

Well done.
