We are still awaiting the arrival of David Ortiz and J.D. Drew which may not happen untiil tomorrow but Coco Crisp and Mike Lowell are on hand and ,need i say, look to be in the best shape of their lives, at least that is the old spring training saying made famous by former red Sox pitcher Bob Stanley, who said that every year.

Coco is always going to be in great shape and Mike Lowell, soon to be 33, knows he has better be in shape since this is the last year of his current contract.
